Empowering Lives Together

Positive Behaviour Support

We believe everyone deserves to live a life filled with dignity, choice, and connection. Our support is tailored to each person, focusing on their strengths, goals, and what matters most to them. By taking a person-centred and rights-based approach, we work alongside individuals and their families to build independence, nurture wellbeing, and create opportunities for inclusion in everyday life.

Therapeutic Supports

Our social work services are grounded in a strengths-based approach, recognising the resilience and potential within every person. We draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help people navigate challenges and create meaningful change. We also value each person’s unique perspective and lived experience — what’s known as ‘standpoint theory.’ This means we believe you are the expert in your own life, and your voice, experiences, and insights guide the support we provide. Together, we focus on building wellbeing, fostering independence, and achieving the goals that matter most to you.

Allied Health Assistant

Our Allied Health Assistant services provide practical, hands-on support to help bring therapy and support plans to life. Working under the guidance of qualified allied health professionals, we can assist with practicing therapy exercises, building daily living skills, and supporting individual skill development in real-life settings. Whether it’s developing routines, practicing communication, or strengthening independence, we focus on making progress achievable and meaningful in everyday life.
